Refund policy
We really want you and your little ones to be happy with your order. We ask customers to inspect orders upon receipt to ensure orders are correct and no items are damaged or unexpected. We ask that any issues are brought to our attention within 7 days of Delivery.
Should you find yourself disappointed with your order, please get in touch with us at hello@paddingtonsbunnybakery.co.uk. so that we can look at resolving this with you.
For all other returns whereby you would like to request a refund, to be eligible for this you must make contact with us within 14 days of your order being received. Please contact us by emailing us at hello@paddingtonsbunnybakery.co.uk. providing your order number, delivery address and the reason for your refund request. And we will assist you with the returns process. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.
